Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Purchasing Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assists in resolving any billing discrepancies associated with   open purchase orders to ensure prompt purchase order   closeout.​
• Coordinates the resolution of purchase order payment issues   with Accounts Payable, as needed.
• Responsible for the overall supplier relationship, negotiating,   and assuring assigned contract awards are meeting the agreed   upon business objectives.​ 
• Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure vendors comply with   contractual terms and conditions.
• Initiate and manage relationships with vendors and the   company’s operational departments.
• Manage the outsourcing process for the organization's IT   department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 17 years experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
