A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Manage and participate in all aspects of the talent acquisition   process.
• Work with management to create development plans, identify   training resources and ensure employee training and   development needs are met.
• Participate in and continuously improve the onboarding and off   boarding proces.
• Administers wage and salary programs using corporate   procedures and controls.
• Actively providing consultation to management team in   performance management and compensation planning   processes. 
• The HR Manager understands the business beyond the HR   function and influences the local organization (s) to ensure   superior operations and business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 21 years experience in the field.
• Good Leadership & IT Skills.
• Excellent Communication  Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
