Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Develop and implement an IT, Network, Data Center, Operations Center,  and office infrastructure to meet program requirements.  
• As directed, communicate project status with project stakeholders.   Where required, take action to get design or implementation changes  documented and approved at the appropriate level. 
• Provide overall project and program management of the end customer  for the renovation effort. 
• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the   specifications of the project.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable   agreements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 11 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
