Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Develop and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives   that directly align with the hospital business plans and   strategies.
• Leading and overseeing the work of the Human Resources   Office, its subordinate units, and employees.
• Participating in national projects and programs in which the   Judiciary's human resources policies are considered.
• Planning, coordinating, developing, administering, and   evaluating assigned program and project management activities.
• Consults and partners with line management, providing HR   guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to   develop solutions, programs and policies.

Job Requirements:
