A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Classify and manage position titles, responsibilities,   compensation packages, and job postings.
• Serve as a resource on policies and procedures, benefits, and all   HR department functions and topics.
• Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with the   discipline or termination of employees.
• Manage, investigate, and resolve all employee complaints   related to employment, compliance or HR issues.
• Planning, coordinating, developing, administering, and   evaluating assigned program and project management activities.
• Maintain complex records and files, search and investigate   information found in files.

Job Requirements:

• Three years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Leadership & IT Skills.
