Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Account Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain customer-specific reports per established timelines.
  •  Coordinate with Account Representative and Production Planner to   schedule dates based on delivery of materials.
  •  Issue purchase orders as required and within established guidelines for   stocked materials.  
  •  Enter sales order in Syspro ERP system as requested.
  •  Assist Account Representatives with customers on-site.

Job Requirements:

  • Four years experience in accounting.
  • B.Com Graduate.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Proficient in Tally.
