A leading company looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
  •  Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
  •  Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems.
  •  Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
  •  Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
  •  Report customer feedback and potential product requests.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc Computer Science.
  • Seven years experience in the same fied.
  • Only Male candidates need to apply.
  •  Proficiency in all Hardware, Software and Network operation.
