Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• To prepare debit notes if any contractor found defaulter (bad   workmanship, etc.).
• Reconcile material issued and material used (as per bill checking   quantum of material used against standard norms).
• Tracking of bills receipt and its process to HO.
• Analyze project controls reports, present findings and provide   recommendations to the project team
• Coordinate implementation and automation of reports into Oracle   Primavera Portfolio Management or Oracle Unifier software with   developers
• Review, track & maintain budgets and forecasts for multiple projects

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
