Required For Legal Advisor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Taking care of end to end Contract Management Services.
• Initiating Background Verification process of consultants as and   when required.
• Initiating Claims and settlement process in pending litigation   cases.
• Pre litigation activities and sending notices of breach to   defaulting parties.
• Maintaining a track of inflow and outflow of contract activities.
• Follow up and updates to & from Attorneys on litigation cases on   regular basis.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Fluency in English & Arabic with advanced computer skills.
• Extensive experience in both contracts & litigation.
• Having Fourteen years of experience in same field.
