A leading company looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinates campus sexual harassment prevention program and   provides training.
• Oversees the disability accommodation process for employees.
• Advises the president and campus leadership with regards to   employee relations and workforce management issues.
• Leads and manages effective delivery of a service-oriented   human resource program to college staff, faculty,   administrators, supervisors, and executives.
• Maintains campus affirmative action plan in compliance with   existing law and policy.
• Ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations   relative to employment issues.
