Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Understand the contract term, rates, pricing, Cost Estimation, preparing  of budget, preparation of monthly cost reports.
• Administrate the subcontracts for their invoice, payment, claims.
• Monitoring the progress and cost of the project, find the changes &   notify to client.
• Review, track & maintain budgets and forecasts for multiple projects
• Set up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for tracking detailed   breakdown of purchase orders or subcontracts
• Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts

Job Requirements:

• Management skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent analytical skills.
