Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Participate in and continuously improve the onboarding and off boarding   process. 
•  Manage and participate in all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
•  Advise, counsel, and provide feedback to managers and employees on   performance management and employee relations issues to constructively    resolve problems.
•  Serve as Trusted Advisor & Influencer by providing candid and unbiased   counsel to create an interactive partnership. Build trust and credibility to    influence both talent and leadership decisions.
•  As a key member of the management team, actively participate in ISO and   customer audits.
•  Deliver presentations live or via conference calls/webcasts.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Fourteen years experience in the same field.
•  Advanced computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
