Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Classify and manage position titles, responsibilities, compensation packages, and job postings.
- Serve as a resource on policies and procedures, benefits, and all HR department functions and topics.
- Manages ESOP program relative to administration, repurchase obligations, distribution, etc.
- Benchmark with multiple similar firms to review and manage compensation, benefits, short and long bonus structure, etc.
- Directs the corporate talent review, succession planning, administrative and craft training processes; development of leadership programs and advancing performance criteria.
- Directs the corporate strategic planning process including the annual tactical planning process, actions for success and success scorecard.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Twelve years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
