Job Description :

We are looking for a experienced Service Manager for a Car Showroom in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Managing all field technical issues, queries & support.
•  Service circular planning and Communication to field service team for action and ensure to   upload in Portal.
•  SOP preparation for field service and distributor.
•  Co-ordination of Field Fix with Plant and Spares.
•  Ensure that all vehicles are delivered on a timely manner and asper cost estimates provided   during inwarding.
•  Assign individual customers to each service consultant and ensure that they follow up with   the customers.

Job Requirements:

• Should have 10 to 15 years experience in automobile industry.
•  Should have 10 years experience in UAE Market.
• Good communication skill.
•  Any Graduation.
