A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Serve as a resource on policies and procedures, benefits, and all   HR department functions and topics.
• Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with the   discipline or termination of employees.
• Manage, investigate, and resolve all employee complaints   related to employment, compliance or HR issues.
• Develop and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives   that directly align with the hospital business plans and   strategies.
• Design and implement a one to three- and three-to-seven-year   workforce plan based on local and national trends and   projections.
• Deliver timely and informative internal communications to   employees.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Leadership Skills.
• Minimum 6 years experience in the field.
