•  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints on phone.
•  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
•  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Should have 4 years of experience in UAE.
•  Knowledge in Medical Terminology.
• Should have Problem Solving skill.
•  B.COM / B. A. / B. Sc. / BMS / BMM.
