Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Provide or review the unit price for new work items when    necessary.
• Sub Contractor Bill Checking and taking off Joint Measurements    at Site.
• Support the Claim Specialist to evaluate the claims submitted by    the contractor.
• Performing Material Reconciliation at Site and prepare Material   Reconciliation Statements.
• Ensuring documentation as per laid down procedures.
• Review and check the inspection sheets submitted by the     inspectors.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office software programs.
• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office    disciplines.
• Strong Organization skills.
