Professional Senior Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Monitor key operational metrics and build reports around the    same for relevant teams to take action & make corrections.
• Coordinate across e-commerce support functional teams to    ensure key initiatives for improving customer experience get    implemented in time.
• Adapt service pricing for countries, regions, and distributors as    applicable.
• Define and realize service pricing strategy in coordination with   Global Strategic Marketing.
• Audit on-going processes, SLAs and App product & recommend    necessary amendments.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the    needs of the business.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder.
• Good Communication skills.
• Having more than Ten years of experience in same field.
• IT skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
