Male Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Review, track & maintain budgets and forecasts for multiple    projects.
• Analyze project controls reports, present findings and provide    recommendations to the project team.
• Preparation of Non-Tender items and respective Change orders.
• Closure of Running Account bills and Final Bills with respect to   the Contract Agreement and Work order.
• Performing Material Reconciliation at Site and prepare Material   Reconciliation Statements.
• Thorough knowledge in Preparation of Bar bending schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Having Five years of experience in same field.
• Good Communication skills.
• Sound knowledge in Pre & Post contract.
• Transferable visa with NOC.
