• Provides technical and regulatory consultation when required    regarding industrial hygiene and safety issues.
• Manages the Human Resource Department in compliance with    federal, state and local policies.
• Ensure consistency of organization design models that drive a    high-performance culture across all stores.
• Manpower planning in line with project pipeline and business    requirements.
• Provides succession planning, employee training, and counsels in    career development.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced computer skills.
• Extensive experience in contracts & litigations under Qatar    jurisdiction system.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Having fourteen years of experience in same field.
