Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Participates in monthly financial meetings for discussion and review of    monthly financial reports.
•  Analyzes general ledger accounts for accuracy; analyzes accrual accounts to   ensure proper accruals.
•  Review and assist departmental managers with the accounting associated    with the goodwill impairment reviews 
•  Assist departmental managers with the accounting associated with the   mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prepare monthly, quarterly and   yearly schedules to ensure proper company financial disclosures.
•  Assist with the fair value accounting relating to business combinations.   Prepare related monthly accounting journal entries and adjustment along    with the supporting documentation.
•  Assists with the maintenance and application of internal controls.

Job Requirements:

• Three years experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Tally Accounting Software.
• B.Com Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English.
