Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Maintains staff job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
- Regular updating of communication channels.
Job Requirements:
- Having Two years of experience in same field.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management holder.
