Job Description :

Wanted experienced HR Manager.

Job Details:

• Supports plant-wide training needs for all plant, salaried personnel, which include safety, quality and operational guidelines.
• Advises plant management regarding local, state and federal employment and labor laws.
• Administers Equal Employment Opportunity Program in accordance with corporate policy and federal and state laws. Represents company in unemployment claims determination.
• Coordinates community relations programs including Relay for Life, food drive and other civic and community functions.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
• With 14+ years experience in same role.
• Fluency in Arabic & English withadvanced computer skills.
• Extensive experience in contracts & litigations under Qatar jurisdiction system
