Experienced Procurement Officer

Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Issues appropriate advertising and conducts pre-bid conferences.
• Ensures most current, required language and forms are included   in proposal / bid documents.
• Evaluates requisitions; ensures complete, accurate data and   mandatory authorizations are included; assesses and pursues   procurement method based on information provided.
• Executes the day-to-day activities of the Department's   procurement processes.
• Creates proposal / bid documents for goods, professional and   technical services, and construction related services in   consultation with applicable Department representative.
• Manage Site Manager and Corporate Headquarters' purchases   for the creation of Purchase Orders.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 4 years experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good organizational Skills.
• Having Qatar driving license.
