Urgently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef in Qatar

Job Details:

• Oversee three union bakers in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timeliness of all bakery items.
• Items to be produced include cookies, cakes, pies, plated desserts, specialty desserts, pizza dough, breads, etc.
• Supervise Night Cleaners to ensure that their work is being completed.

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• With no less than 5 year experience
• Teamwork skill.
