Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Establish human resources policies & procedures and ensure   adherence to the operations manual.
• Revise the policies and manuals so as to make necessary   amendments according to the Management strategy and legal   requirements.
• Plan and control the budget for personnel, training &   development as per the setout yearly business plan.
• Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions)   and approvals.
• Help resolve project issues and Escalate to the PMO as   necessary.
• Review all associated vendor plans, documentation, and   deliverables with Process Lead and obtain approvals as required.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
