Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Produce an annual sales plan to grow existing businesses to   achieve/exceed sales targets as well as develop new business by   service lines or industry in consultation with the Regional Head.
• Identify and qualify the list of national prospects, strategic  accounts to establish contact with and build effective and   profitable relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Work with the Team Managers to develop Manpower Solutions   (e-solutions, cost saving initiatives etc) to meet the needs of the   clients.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through the life cycle of the   relationship.
• Adhere to all Pactera’s Sales, Human Resource, and corporate   ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation   skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
