Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Prepare cash flows and claims documentation.
• Ensure timely notices of default are issued to subcontractors and  suppliers in accordance with terms of their Order or Sub-   contract.
• Identify areas of commercial risk on the Project as early as   possible and review with the Project Manager ways of avoiding   that risk.
• Set up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for tracking detailed   breakdown of purchase orders or subcontracts
• Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or   Subcontracts
• Review monthly cost downloads from financial systems & update   monthly status of quantity & baseline budgets, cash flows,  manpower plans, histograms, and progress

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Only Male can apply
• Minimum 4 years experience is required.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
