Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Works in concert with the lead director when consulting and coaching   executives, managers and staff in effective performance management     tactics, techniques, employment and labor laws.
•  Timely and accurately develops periodic HR reports for organizational    leaders.
•  Partners with the finance department on payroll-related activities.
•  Monitors metrics to effectively and routinely measure the success of people   strategies, and initiates proactive steps to address deficiencies, includes   maintaining situational awareness that addresses issues and concerns that    negatively impact individual, managerial and/or organizational    performance.
•  Oversees the analysis, sustainment and maintenance of the department's   information management systems and employee records ensuring they   support the needs of the organization and its employees including those   required by law or local governing bodies.
•  Defines and implements effective change and communication strategies and    plans.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
