We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Agent in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Recommends potential products or services to management by      collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing    customer information.
• Escalating/highlighting customer problem Incidences.
• Ensuring process efficiency by achieving set targets of call    quality.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as   needed.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum Six years of experience in same field.
• Problem Solving skills. 
• IT skills.
