Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Review all associated vendor plans, documentation, and deliverables with   Process Lead and obtain approvals as required.
•  Work with Process Lead to assign project responsibilities and set deadlines   for global and local project resources.
•   Complete status reports and provide regular project status updates to PMO    as scheduled.
•  Plans, conducts and directs design and development of HR processes,   systems or components as project requires
•  Manages the Human Resource Department in compliance with federal, state   and local policies.
•  Negotiates and administers the collective bargaining agreement.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 20 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
