Required Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Manage, analyze and reports cost for capital construction    projects.
• Adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and    regulations.
• Ensure site documentation is properly archived at Head Office at    the end of the project.
• Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and    initiate commercial correspondence.
• Identify areas of commercial risk on the Project as early as    possible and review with the Project Manager ways of avoiding    that risk.
• Review estimates including providing analysis of outside    contractor estimates.

Job Requirements:

• Having Five years experience in same field.
• Holding HND in QS.
• Have Qatari Driving License.
• Transferable visa/ NOC.
