Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Review all associated vendor plans, documentation, and   deliverables with Process Lead and obtain approvals as   required.
• Coordinate and facilitate all working meetings, manage minutes,    and communicate status to all workstream.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing    demands, grievances or other issues.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of    the HR department.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and   recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Developing, analyzing, and updating the companys salary budget.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Extensive experience in contracts & litigations under Qatar    jurisdiction system.
• Having Fourteen years of experience in same field.
