Experienced Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Estimating Quantities and Cost of material, Labour to determine    project feasibility.              
• Communicating with clients and attending regural meeting to         keep them informed of progres.
• Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or   Subcontracts.
• Analyze project controls reports, present findings and provide    recommendations to the project team.
• Site management like supervising & monitoring labour work.
• Billing prepared for sub contractor. 

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum Four years of experience in same field.
• Good knowledge in preparing shop drawings as-built,etc.
