Job Description :

We are looking for a experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Quantification as per drawings / specification /make of materials details.
•  Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works.
•  Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation and Finalization of Variation Orders.
•  Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for claims / invoices.
•  Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
•  Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing process.

Job Requirements:

• Should have 3-5 years of experience in same field.
• Good communication skill.
• Basic computer knowledge.
•  B.Tech/B.E.
