Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for a senior Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Advise on project budget.
•  Supports with procurement schedule.
•  Advise on timely drafting and submission of commercial / contractual correspondence.
•  Negotiations and agreement with sub-contractors.
•  Ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner.
•  Review of project reports and contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Should have 7-10 years of experience in same field.
• Good knowledge in construction industry.
• Good communication skill.
• Qualification in quantity surveying.
