Procurement Officer With 11 Years Experience

Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Evaluates contracts to ensure accurate language and applicable   terms; investigates and resolves discrepancies.
• Provides technical assistance and training to other Departments   in the area of procurement.
• Prepares procurement and auditing reports. Receives and tracks   professional service qualification statements.
• Issues appropriate advertising and conducts pre-bid   conferences.
• Participates in meetings with vendors and bidders relative to the   bidding process and/or contract execution; provides appropriate   guidance to all participants.
• Evaluates requisitions; ensures complete, accurate data and   mandatory authorizations are included; assesses and pursues   procurement method based on information provided.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Having 11 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• With valid Qatari driving license is must.
