Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Secretary in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Undertake receptionist duties Requirements.
- Maintaining various registers and logs inward/ outward, incoming/ outgoing calls, attendance, visitors, contacts directory.
- Management and upkeep of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Compilation and coordination of Empanelment applications, responses to Requests for Qualifications and Requests for Proposals.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication Skills.
- IT Skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience is required.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
