Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Secretary in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.
  • Undertake receptionist duties Requirements.
  • Maintaining various registers and logs inward/ outward,   incoming/ outgoing calls, attendance, visitors, contacts   directory.
  • Management and upkeep of office infrastructure and equipment.
  • Compilation and coordination of Empanelment applications,  responses to Requests for Qualifications and Requests for  Proposals.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication Skills.
  • IT Skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
