Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Build rapport with candidates and provide an excellent    experience throughout the process.
• Collect technical interview feedback and document in database.
• Document candidates in database and update throughout the    process.
• Assists in the facilitation of the annual merit and performance    review.
• Assists new employee and benefits orientation sessions.
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect    efficiency of the department and services performed.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Graduate in Business Management academically.
• Minimum Four years of experience in same field.
• IT skills.
