Job Description :

Wanted experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • -  Demonstrate solid understanding of business unit operations as well as the needs and challenges of managers and associates.
  • -  Coach leaders on a variety of people management efforts including performance management and calibration, leadership and associate development, and talent management.
  • -  Drive and direct difficult and challenging conversations with associates and multiple levels of leadership.
  • -  Make decisions involving employee relations, data analysis, and other HR-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
  • Candidate with 5 years experience.
  • English and Arabic skill.
  • Excellent computer skills
