Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Plant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinate with PPIC, BD, production, engineering, and HR,   quality and external agencies to ensure timely availability of   resources.
• Orientation for continuous improvement implementing   innovative ideas & automation to improve yield, cost saving and   product quality through employee involvement.
•   Waste reduction by improving process & operational efficiencies   using OE tools. Implement Quality Management Systems &   Good Documentation Practices.
• Conduct hourly employee performance reviews.
• Maintain plant housekeeping, environmental, and safety policy to   comply with Company, State, and local governing rules.
• Control and minimize plant costs while providing a consistent   quality product.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
