Hr Generalist

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Investigates and/or partners with HR leadership team to resolve employee   concerns.
•  Provides day-to-day coaching and counsel to management in employee   relations, performance management, career development, salary   administration and regulatory and internal compliance programs.
•  Assists in identifying training needs that support organizational growth or    compliance and deliver training as needed.
•  Maintains current knowledge of relevant human resources procedures and     practices, and applicable laws.
•  Provides interpretation and counsel on policies and procedures. Drives   execution within the line of business.
•  Resolves compensation related issues and monitors performance evaluation   programs using internal company performance management systems   (Success Factors). 

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Graduate Degree holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
