Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical      functions.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human  Resources executives.
  • Update all OSHA required training documents in the database.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule   interviews.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our   database.
  • Assists with various employees discount coupons by contacting   companies for coupons as directed by the HR manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum Four years of experience in same field.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
