Hr Officer With 3 Years Experience

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced HR Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Monitors the implementation of anti-discrimination policies and procedures    and appropriate staff training. 
•  Ensure the accurate and timely recording and update of all HR information   on our HR Information System and HR filing/databases, including    personnel records, compensation inputs etc.
•  Directs all phases of contract negotiation and acts as chief negotiator for   management bargaining teams. 
•  Manage the administration of issuing employment letters, probation    completion, experience letters etc.
•  Handle Leave management and make sure all the leave records are up to    date and available whenever required.
•  Directs wage, salary, and benefit administration.

Job Requirements:
