We are looking for a experienced Call Centre Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

Handle inbound catalog sales calls.
Meet/Exceed department sales goals and objectives.
Resolve customer inquiries via in-bound calls.
Participation in product sales training.
Maintains and updates customer information.
Convert customer product inquiries.

Job Requirements:

Good communication skill.
Knowledge in Medical Terminology.
Should have UAE Healthcare experience.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
