• Coach and develop selling skills, leadership potential, and   business acumen.
• Recruit and retain top talent by creating an environment of   learning and growth for long term success and development.
• Conduct regular field rides with all direct reports and   prepare/maintain a Field Coaching report identifying strengths, areas of development, business goals and action items.
• Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.
• Develop & manage a sales pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives
• Understand client requirements and offer AIRPAY solutions   customized to their needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
