Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Production Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Review of the Safety, Health and Environment system of the   plant concerning man and equipment. 
• Liaison with Commercial and Marketing on specific issues
• Ensuring proper maintenance of all the norms as per the  departmental operating procedures of ISO 9001/ TS 16949 as per new guidelines.
• Coach associates on issues such as attendance and process   improvement.
• Council associates on issues such as employee relations.
• Conducts performance appraisals and provides feedback on  performance and conduct.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
