Job Description :
A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Updates HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the HR manager.
- Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employees requests and questions.
- Conducts an audit of various payrolls, benefits, staffing and other HR programs and recommend any corrective action.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the field.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Only Male candidate need toa pply.
