Required Lawyer & Corporate Legal Advisor

Job Description :

We are looking for a Lawyer and Corporate Legal Advisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To provide high quality legal advice and documentation and ensure compliance with core   processes and procedures.
•  Provide and draft documentation relating to corporate and legal Matters such as   memorandum of association, legal notices and power of Attorneys.
•  Play the role of company’s representative with the Legal Consultancy Office for any Court   and legal cases and arrange the attendance of lawyers at court.
•  Responsible to Open, Follow up, close cases related to cash collections and Financial claims   with clients and corporates inside and outside UAE.
•  Reviewing the contracts, agreements and ensure their compliance with applicable law to   protect the best interest of the company.
•  Provide accurate and timely advice to all areas of the organization on generic and complex   legal matters.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in same field.
• Female candidates are prefered.
• Good communication skill in English.
•  Law Graduate from a reputed university.
