Urgently looking for experienced Procurement Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for fulfillment requirements of goods and services in   a timely manner.
• Responsible for creating the annual maintenance forecast and   budget in conjunction with cement/concrete Operations.
• Guarantees flow of information and effective communication   between Procurement, Operations and Maintenance.
• Responsible for developing and monitoring the annual   purchasing plan.
• Identifies and executes Strategic Sourcing Initiatives that   leverage purchasing scale, new technologies, technical   competencies, and enhance profitability and global   competitiveness.
• Develops and executes category management activities, driving   value through sourcing and overall supplier management of   -owned- categories.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Having 13 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Organizational Skills.
